Default My new problem . . .

This afternoon as I was doing errands I noticed that when I lock the car with the remote The lights didn't flash. Odd I thought, looks like another trip to the dealer. Then this evening I get in to my car and realize the interior lights don't work! None of them not even the little map lights! S**t I said to my self, now I REALLY have to go to the dealer. After I finished talking to myself I pull out of the garage and in to traffic only to discover yet another problem. My mirror auto-dimmers aren't working either!

Now that I'm home and blinded from all the headlights I couldn't dim I can get on to the forum and vent my frustration. Ahh that's better! Has anyone else had a similar problem? I am going to take my car in on Monday to see what the dealer says but if I was armed with a little info beforehand I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks,
Michael Landon

Default Maybe it's a fuse?

I've never had that problem, but I haven't had my car that long either.

Check the fuses... Maybe the one for this circuit is blown? I don't know if all those things are on the same circuit though.

If a fuse is blown, then the question is "why did it blow?" Doesn't seem like anything in those circuits should be drawing much current.

My thoughts exactly, check the fuses and let us know what you find.
