My S4 mods-tires,exhaust,chip,turbo gauge, -now I need new brakes.

I recently modified my 2000 s4, she is running great. I did a stage 2 upgrade from T.A.P. -
Evidently I know have about 320hp. I installed a super sport exhaust which looks and sounds great and helps the car breath better down here in humid florida. I replaced my crappy tires with some Michelin's. And I have my a-pillar turbo gauge otw.
I go to the track and almost everytime I go, I warp my brake rotors. I don't use the e-brake when I come off the track and I roll the car every 10min. or so. What brake mods would be best for my car?? I hate having to replace my rotors so often..

My favorite track is the Pocono long Course in Penn. that was awesome...

I've never used Stoptechs or Brembos, but people seem to be happier with their rotors/calipers here. I think you meant to say 320 HP, 50hp from the chip and 20hp from the exhaust I'm guessing.
