Default funny u say that... i was looking at a lexus yesterday and and i want black pearl badging. I would
try to use tint spray.

Default look up chrome plating services.. and ask about finishes
should be affordable

available at most hobby type stores. Not sure how it would weather the elements though...

Default Correct. The same vendors
who do the "Gold pkg" will do black chrome , inexpensive and lasts about five to six years.
