Depends on your agent in my case... I have had so many points that I had to do traffic school.
And still I never saw an increase. But that was in my younger years (20's). I'm now married w/ kid & clean for about 5 years now (35's). Last I checked thou I still had points. Damn PENDOT point system 2 points per year if clean for a year. I had 9 or 10 so you do the math. Oh I did have a ticket about 3 years ago wonder what that did (3 points).
