IS my V1 working right? I have it on big L but it seems to be
falsing a lot. I get x band with low signal strenth and laser on the freeway and I know in Cali they dont use laser on the freeway. Should I send it back? Then I went to test and Idea. I went to all bogeys and the x band is the same strength and it reports it too as in big L. Whats up what should I do?

well the lazer going off could be from GMC SUV's, mine goes off all the time from their break lights
but the x band issue is something you should check with valentine, maybe email them or give them a call. are you running V1.8?

I've been a ton of False Alarms...only from the rear facing sensor- - >
I can miles from another car and the sensor goes off..parked in my driveway with the sensor facing two miles of open water and the sensor fires off a false alarm...just in the past two weeks or so..

trailblazers and anything with a brake light that resembles neon.
even some neon signs trip my laser.
FWIW my V1 was acting funny a couple months back, I sent it back along with my cc#, it was way out of warranty, but they fixed it for free and it's never been better. So don't worry about it being a pain to get fixed. I'd probably send it back just for peace of mind.
