Mysterious oil leak/smoke....

Can you identify the source of this oil leak? Rear, passenger side of engine bay.
The smoke was originating from this location/area, as show in the photos.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Valve cover gasket, cam seals, have both been done less than 10k ago.

So the cam tensioner seal is right below my text in the picture?
I guess with the car not driven in a while, it provides time for the oil to drip down onto the exhaust manifold (which is below), correct?
