Nav-Plus System

Nav-Plus System
I just put a Nav-Plus system in. Any one know how hook up an IPOD to it? When I had the stock Audi radio, I just plugged an adapter into the CD Changer plug and ran audio (red and white cables) into a head phone converter and it worked. Any Ideas?

It works exactly the same way.
you may need to hook up a vag-com and change the software coding to enable the cd changer on the new unit:<ul><li><a href="http://www.nav-plus.com/instructions/programming.html">http://www.nav-plus.com/instructions/programming.html</a</li></ul>

no you do not. you just need the cable that you probably have already.
You can run an adapter directly to the back of the nav+ unit or you can run a blitz adapter from the trunk to the ipod. your choice. Factory cd changer works identical
however FYI: factor cd changer replacement devices do not work identically. I can't technically explain why, but Products like Dension's icelink for example do not work exactly like the cd changer does. In my experience direct audio inputs work FINE but if you try to mimic a cd changer, sometimes you run into glitches. <see my post about dension's products in the audio forum from a few days ago if interested>
