You will also need the RS4 TB and RS4 intake manifold
And since you now have the RS4 intake manifold you will probably also need the RS4 Heads. Don't quote me on that, but I know its a much bigger hassle to use those than to just go out and buy an APR bipipe

opened a can of worms, need: rs4 TB, rs4 bipipe, rs4 y pipe, rs4 intake mani, rs4 fuel rail...
you can use the stock heads but they would benefit from at least a porting and polishing. Also probably want to add larger MAF and upgraded airbox, KO4 turbos, etc... Europrice has almost all the parts. If you are looking to run with stock parts not sure it can be done without alot of custom work.

Seriously, you're gonna be spending about $150 on the metal y pipe (what you're calling a TBB). $850 for the TB. $500 for the intake main. $400 or so for the fuel rail. You'll need RS4 injectors for the fuel rail so bye bye $650. Then the head work like ast mentioned...which will probably cost you a motor pull on top of getting them ported and even if you do that you should have gotten the RS4 heads anyways which will probably run you in the $4000-5000 range...lol sell them and buy yourself an APR bipipe...
