Need advsie for a new high quality floor jack.
Requirements:
Low profile
High lift
Not gonna break in 2 years.
Not all that important:
Light (aluminum)
Single pump lift.
I will not buy another craftsman, and my supposed good quality one from NAPA is now crapping out.
Advise?

I hear AC Hydraulic jacks are great. I've not used them though
When I get a new one I'll buy one of these. Oooh, I just noticed they are on sale too.

AC Jacks

Another vote for these...
I have a DK20...and I love it! If you intend to use it on an SUV or something, get the HLQ model with the extra lift/reach (it's h-e-a-v-y and expensive though). For the Audi, the DK20 is fine.

Those look real high quality...but they're huge..where do you store it?
I have a 3.5 ton Craftsman and I have to remove the handle to get it stored...and it weighs a ton!
Other than that, and I need "cheater blocks" to get it under my side rails...

The handle stays on it when you stash it in the garage.
You actually have to screw the handle into place in order for the safety on the release to operate properly (pull then twist to lower car). I just roll it to the side of the garage, with the handle against the back wall. They are pretty beefy. The DK20 (smallest of the bunch) is 60 lbs, so there's no way in hell I'm lifting it up to a shelf or something.
FYI, ultimategarage.com sells these as well. The price might be a tad higher, but talk to Steve, and mention these prices. He may be able to work something out. Also, if you can drive up to northern bergen cty, you can pick these up and take a look at some of the other cool stuff he sells. You'll save a ton on shipping. I picked up a set of his jackstands with the flat tops on them. The are expensive as hell, but I love them! The only drawback is they are a bit tall. If you aim to place them under a lowered car, you'll probably find yourself uncomfortable getting the car up that high.

I bought an AC Hydraulic DK20 earlier this year. Very nice jack, ...
well made, rolls and lifts smoothly. Has an interesting safety lock so you don't accidentally dump your car on a friend you suckered into helping you install downpipes. I also picked up some of their jackstands, and a flat jack pad.

The only negative thing I can say is not about the jack but how they package it. Unlike cheap Chinese jacks that come in a box with a lot of styrofoam to protect things, they use all sorts of cardboard and hardboard pieces in a weak design of box. Bottom line is that a bolt on the jack was able to chew through the paint all the way around the tube for the jack handle. The distributor sent me some touch up paint but it still sucks.
