I takes about 5 sec to reach the max req boost. I drove it on a flat road, MTM stage 1. Do you think I have leak? Where?
It was in 3rd gear, floored

Well, it's hard for us to diagnose from here...
but you definitely have a leak. Check the usualy culprits (TBB, F-hose, BPV's). If you don't come up with anything, pressure test your intake system and troubleshoot from there.

Wow. Great call. I didn't look closely enough. That is normal. (more)
Your engine doesn't produce enough exhaust gas energy at low RPM to be able to spool the turbos to the requested level of boost. As Donnie smartly suggested, go log 3rd gear.

Uhm, there is no way he got up to nearly 150mph in only 10 seconds...
...because that's what speed nearly 6000 rpms is in 6th.
Regardless, that it took until 3000rpm to reach 1 bar of boost seems out of whack. Even in 3rd gear, starting at low RPMs, WITH K04's, I'll see 1 bar of boost around 2500rpm, and definitely by 3000rpm.
