Default Need help with engine fault-codes...
Tonight my car's MIL came on, and Josh's VAG-COM revealed the following fault-codes:
17536 (P1128) Long-term fuel trim mul. system too lean (bank 1)
17538 (P1130) unknown trouble-code
Anyone know what these mean?

Default they both lean codes..one for each bank
it's most likely your MAF, if your car is a 2000

very common failure

time to see the dealer

Mine's been in the shop for 3 weeks with this problem. Still no clue.

I had same codes. Dealer replaced MAF. Problem solved.

I had a simular issue and it was a ruptured F-Hose
