Imolsify

yesterday, my eurolite(s) arrived in the mail so i installed them in the foglight housing. upon completion i noticed that the drivers side fog emitted a spotlight effect approx 10ft away from the car while the passenger side was aimed almost parallel to the ground emiting a beam about 30ft away (basically unseen- b/c the real xenons are much brighter around that area).
where are these lights supposed to be aimed at?

btw, these are the second set of "halogen xenons" i've purchased. side by side comparison with the other brand show that it is the exact bulb and only the name of the company is what differs.
