Need help on identifying suspension noise.........
When I'm driving at slow speeds and i'm next to a divider in the road, I can hear this chirping sound comming from the passenger side wheel. I guess that's the best way to describe it. It doesn't seem to be affected by bumps in the road. From what I found by searching, bad control arms cause a clunking sound, and that's not it. Bad tierods cause uneven wear and an overall sloppy feel in the steering. That's not it either. I don't have a droning sound while driving, so I would assume it's not a bad wheel bearing. I was thinking maybe the brakes were wearing on the one side. That's all I could come up with. Any suggestions?

Re: A bad control arm or sway bar bushing maybe?
It doesn't seem like it's related to road undulations, just audible at slower speeds like 15 or 20mph. Just sounds like a fast chirping sound. It's just annoying.

does rhythmic chirping change with tire rotation speed? could be something in rotor/pads along with
"warped" rotors. basically you have bad pad deposits which happen to squeek. this may mean you need new pads.
my pad light is on. i guess i have to do rotors and pads. pfthhh...
