Okay just installed an ABT ECU. Used VAG to clear the low voltage error from battery disconnection. Drove the car easily for a while to adapt, and bring the car up to temperature. No problems. Come back in, park the car, and check controller again for sanity. NO DTC's on the Engine controller. Check readiness tests and BAM!! Everything passed except the last test in the bottom right corner - Catalytic converter. Shows failed or incomplete. I drove the car for 30 mins so it should have more than enough time to test.

Anyone encountered this before ? Any ideas as to why it is showing up ? I am running cat-back exhaust, the chip, and 710N's, No other mods.

I think it needs a few more cycles to clear it.

I always go by the 100 mile rule. 100 miles, all the codes will all be clear. :-)

The cats take several drive cycles to flip the green light. This is the natrual of the o2 sensor diagnostics, it comes like that stock.

Well to describe the power I would have to say HOLY **** WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! This thing just hauls big time now, especially in the upper RPM where it seemed to get really weak before.
