NEED SERIOUS TECH ADVICE , READY TO SELL S4 AND GO OVER TO BMW
 

I have an S4 with an APR chip and exhaust I get blown away by cars that should not keep up with me . I have taken it to the dealer and they find nothing wrong with car , removed y hose and blow valves and everything seems to be O.K. what do I do next . Should I take it to a high Performance place to get it Checked out ? My friends chipped A4 is about the same speed as mine .Thanks for any INfo?

Well if you mod your engine, you shouldn't expect the dealer to diagnose it for free.
 

Especially if you're not up front about the fact that its chipped. If you put back the stock ECU, the problem may just go away.

Find a local tuner and pay someone to diagnose the problem.

What about that extremely LOOSE NUT behind the wheel?? Maybe it needs some service...... =)

Something's wrong. You should be smoking chipped A4s bad with your current set-up.

My stock S4 smokes chipped A4's. Have you had your chip checked my APR?

something is def wrong.....try throwing back in the stock ecu and see what happens

APR EMCS? you must be in valet mode...

Your ECU my not have been programmed did you send yours to APR or did they send you a complete unit.
