Need suggestion on pricing/websites

It looks like I might be selling my wife's 2001 S4 Avant. We haven't completely decided to, but we are leaning towards it and wanted to know what a fair market price for the car would be and if there were other Audi websites to list the car besides here.
It is a silver with black leather and tip tranny. It has 43,900 miles on it. The standard warranty is good up to 50k miles or April '05. It has the factory Audi Assured 100k mi warranty that is good until April '07. The has never been raced or abused. It has simply been my wife's grocery getter and she wants something a bit bigger for a new catering business. The car has an ABT chip with the Kevlar throttle body boot, Billet aluminum turbo surge valves (I can't remember the technical term), Speedline 18" wheels, Konis sport shocks, Intrax springs, Magnaflow exhaust, Greddy hardwired turbo timer. The brakes and rotors were replaced less than 100 miles ago as well as the 50k mile service. Also, new CV boots, axles, tie rods, and tie rod boots were replaced. The dealer also replaced the turbos less than 5k miles ago. This car has been carefully maintained. The oil has been changed every 5k miles with Mobil 1. The interior is perfect with zero tears, scratches, or scuffs. I also had the car hardwired for the V1 radar detector. Car includes (if purchased by someone in California) the personalized license plates which say "Avant S4". I hate to see this car go but it is looking that way. Please let me know any suggestions you may have. Below is a link with some pictures.

Pics fo S4 Avant

Originally I bought it for me...and after a month of owning
it became my wife's car. I had a GTI 337 that I sold to my friend so that I could have a bigger car for me to use as a daily driver (I don't drive much since I work out of the house). Of course, I am a junkie for doing tasteful mods...many of those who know my from the Porsche and BMW circles can attest for this. Well, as soon as I bought the car (used at 25k miles)I had done all the mods in about a month. Just after finishing the car they way I liked it, we sold my Wife's BMW wagon thinking we were going to get an SUV for her catering business. However, the business was put on hold for over a year so I let her use the Audi while I bought an '89 bmw 325is as my car to tool around town in. It looks like we are finally going to get things going with her business and will need to get a larger car. Obviously, there is no way I would have spent the 6k I did in mods since my wife has no idea what she is driving. She only asks why everyone wants to race her when she is driving down the street. She did comment that she like the power when merging on the freeway... I hope this paints a clearer picture.
