Default Need tires

I currently have Michelin Pilot Primacy and they suck i was wondering if anyone has tried Pirelli PZero Nero M&S. Tire rack rates them very well in everything and there only $125 each has anyone used them or knows of a better tire for the Chicago weather so I would like and all season tire.

Default I just had these mounted on my ...

17x8.5 SSR Comps this past week in the 245/40zr17 size. They replaced the Kumho MXs I had that were 225/45zr17.

So far they are very very quiet. The MXs were really loud. I had alos considered the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s but the all season and price swayed me toward the Pirellis.

We've had some good rain and the wet traction is much much better than the MXs and dry traction is slightly better. The sidewalls seem a tad softer than the MXs but not enough to give that floating feel. All in all a very nice tire and comfortable to boot. I would definitely buy these again especially over the MXs.

I got about 35,000 miles out of my MXs and there is still some tread lead (enough to put on my stock wheels for AutoXs). I expect to get more out of the Pirellis since their treadwear rating is 400.

Default I have Pirelli Pzero Nero M+S (255/35/18's)

Had Michelin Pilot sport A/S 235/40/18's before, did very well in the snow for Y rated tire. Pirelli Pzero Nero's M+S just came out in 255/18's (W rated), have had them ~2 months. Have not had them in the snow yet. Very pleased with them so far.
