Never really done any suspension type work on this car...1-10, how hard is a CV axle R&R? a

Default Never really done any suspension type work on this car...1-10, how hard is a CV axle R&R? a

also 1-10 on a tie rod R&R too please. Both jobs look pretty straight forward on the tech articles...I've done jobs like timing belts, engine swaps (not by myself, however)

My front end feels really loose and feels like the wheels are going to come of...that and that annoying clicking sound during turns.

fwiw, my car's front end felt really loose and it was a broken PS rack.

Default i'll look into that...I'm sure its my tie rods thats the problem. When changing out one of my tires,

i could wiggle the wheel back in forth.

Shouldn't be as dirty as if I were changing the joints right? I'm just swapping the whole axle.

no, not dirty at all. PITA, yes. 6 bolts on axle can be tough. Depends. 2 hours IIRC.

Axle bolts not so bad if you have a really long extention.
