New London, CT Brakes
Hey, I know it's a bit off topic but I'm curious myself for my S4 when I need new brakes. My friend was driving his Forester (front discs, rear drums) with me riding shotgun and almost missed an exit, so he decided to get off the ramp at around 70 mph, turn and brake (big mistake). The car swerved continuously until he heard me tell him to get off the brakes. Anyways, ever since his brakes have been pulsating/grinding. The car only has 30,000 miles on it. Do you know if this would be pads/rotors and any good shop that's relatively cheap in the New London CT area? Thanks a lot!

my guess would be he warped his front rotors... the forester has tiny brakes for it's size/weight
if your really interested in knowing, throw the car up on a jack, have him slowly depress the brake pedel, while you spin a wheel,if you reach a point where the pad and rotor make contact, and than loosen up, you know the rotor is warped. or easier, if you drive and depress the brake and get a pulsing sensation about 3/4 way down,,, most likely this is the problem.
