Default new REVISED WHEELS GP, 18"

Hello to neu S4 folks, I'm a long-time member of S-cars list, and am redoing a very popular GP (group purchase) initiated last year when we brought in a bunch of euro 17x8 wheels... thanks to a brand new lineup of oft-requested RS4-style wheels, this is the newly revised GP which includes S4...
********WHEELS Group Purchase v2.0, 5-9-01**********

The GP now includes some very new, very cool Audi wheels just intro'ed in Europe. So the GP now consists of:

NEW RS4-style 8x18 et43 for A4,S4,A6,A8,S8

AVUS 17x8 et35 wheel for UrS-cars, 200's, V8's, A6 and compatible

NEW RS4-style 18x8 et33 wheel for TT only

NEW RS4-style 8.5x18 et30 S6-V8 & compatible

If enough people email me with interest there is also a NEW RS4-style 8.5x20 et45 wheel for A8/S8/compatible (its spendy but will look amazing;-)

There are pictures of the 2 styles of wheels on www.urs4.com either on the obvious GP page which will be updated soon from v1.1 , or on the >technical > wheels page (look there for "RS4-style)

Before the web site is updated, you can email me for details. I'll send you the v2.0 GP order document. leigha<removespamblok>@teleport.com

Cheers,
Leigh

are these "NEW" RS4 wheels, any stronger than the original RS4 "softer than butter" wheels?

The original RS4 wheels had a soft alloy problem. Audi have apparently figured out the solution as they have just intro'ed this wheel style in europe across the entire range of audis, from A2 to S8 and everything in btwn. Audi were quite aware of original's shortcomings. I will continue to inquire for even more assurances.
