New S4 in the shop
Just took my 2002 S4 to the dealer today. Went on a long road trip thru the midwest and the car was great. It now has 2600 miles on it and it started hesitating and lurching. Almost got T-Boned in an intersection because of it. My original thought was some bad gas. Dealer thinks it might be the air mass flow sensor. They are keeping it over night to check it when it is cold. Car is not giving any codes right now to locate the problem. Any advise out there would be appreciated. Only had the car for a couple of weeks and this kind of crap kind of bugs me.

Re: where in midwest did you go thru? (Michigan here)
I live in Denver (Golden) CO. Headed out east on I70 then south to Northeast Oklahoma. This car is a dream for highspeed crusin. Had the V1 on full alert a few times. I drove 2300 miles in 3 days. Just wish I could figure out what the car is doing now.
