man, first off, this car is awesome.

however, the car idles a little rough. at a stop light, i can feel it shaking a little. is this me being paranoid or is this normal? does it just need a service?

Same here. Slight miss at idle. Fine off idle. No DTC's. Been there since new. I would not
 

worry too much. Just have it checked with your regular service.

My car always misses, sometimes it get's downright nasty but feels fine on throttle no DTC 2001 "M"

Slight "lumpy" idle is normal for the 2.7T engine.
