Bought this car owner said that he couldn’t get it started .So I replaced the coil packs,spark plugs cam shaft sensors battery oil pan sensor,check the compression.Changed the timing belt, water pump ,thermostat and the tensioner .A friend has the snap on $6,000 computer scan tool check out the car no codes said car will start but it doesn’t.Im getting fire to the plugs and getting fuel Thur the injectors.What am I overlooking,read where there are 2 grind wires from the engine to the fire wall but I don’t see the one under the coolant reservoir .Anyone got any suggestions . Desperate

Found the ground wires from the engine to the fire wall they are good .The engine cranks fine it’s just like there’s a hidden on and off switch and it’s in the off position
