Norcal: Who to talk to and Anderson Be for service? Have 10K not sure I want to drive to diablo

I just went to A-B for my 10k (11k)
I forgot the name of the guy I talked to. He was a bit of a space cadet, or maybe just not a morning person (I'm not one to talk), but he did a good job.
I have to say though that their service desk is physically quite ugly. They could take a few pages from the BMW book on this one.
The good news: they told me that in a month or two, they will provide loaners to all service customers (not just folks who bought their cars there). Some other local dealers (no names) don't even provide loaners to folks who bought their cars there!

Wolfgang Ulbrich is THE best service advisor...
but sadly, he had a stroke a little while back and is still pretty messed up because of it.
I've interfaced with Phil Ikonas a few times during my rough idle/new cylinder head saga, and he's pretty cool too, but I don't know how he is as a service advisor.
