Is it normal for some black smoke to come out of my exhaust when i floor it? Not a lot, but enough

IIRC black smoke is the car running rich. Or blowing carbon out the exhaust. One of the two.

So, not normal?

I've never seen anything coming out of mine.

Well, i just went and put one on full DV and one on full BOV and my car is running much better.
 

Dont know what i was thinking with both of them on almost all BOV.

I never thought about running only one BOV. Probably still not good for the car?

Why do you say that? Im still getting enough air rerouted. It feels just as smooth as my hyperboost

I dunno. Always been told that any BOVs are bad.

If you have K04s, it seems to be a norm with the programming...
