Default Noticed the green vaccuum/return lines out of DV into Y pipe are rubbing on Y-pipe brackets for

engine cover.

The rubber arms on the green rubber boots that connect the Y-pipe to the up pipes (?) that connect in to the diverter valves look like they're rubbing on the brackets on the Y-pipe that the center engine cover connects in to... I just installed a bi pipe less than 5 months ago and don't know if they were rubbing prior.

They look ok... but it just made me nervous that the rubber was pressed up against that somewhat sharp edge (on both sides).

Is this normal? Any one else get this (stock, or with bi-pipe)?

Everything else with the bi-pipe install looks good (no belt rubbing etc..)

thanks, AW.

Default Normal before bipipe installation for me

I recently installed the bipipe and at the time noticed that the Y-pipe hoses were pressed against the brackets. One even had a little dent in it. I don't think they're rubbing now since I trimmed the bipipe-to-DV hoses to lower the DVs, but they were before. I think you're probably fine.
