Now I know why my car has been running like poop.
F'n F-hose. We're not talking about a rip or a tear, but my F-hose literally blew apart. It only has about 10k miles on it too.
FWIW, even with the TCD...the ECU was able to throw a negative deviation code and activate limp mode.

I didn't realise you avoided import duty. VAT also?
This is a relocation allowance for Germany? Any limit on how soon you could sell the car if you wished? Any limit on how valuable the car can be? I might try to use that technique one day. :-)

Yep, you cannot sell the car for 1 year. I don't recall any limit on value.
You must also own the car 6 months prior to shipping. If those qualifications are met, you don't need to pay anything on top of the shipping charges.
