NYC parking ticket? If wrong MAKE of vehicle is written down, I should be able to get it dismissed?

say, it is a Mercedes but BMW is written on the ticket? Thanks in Advance

Default Yes but it might be more hassle than it is worth to you.
I've never done it but the delivery companies all emoply lawyers who contest their tickets. They have a high success rate. Challenges are usually based upon the sort of miss-discription you describe.

Default Off the Hook... Respond online as not guilty due to wrong vehicle...
They have to dismiss it on those grounds...should have verdict in 3 weeks after

every state is diff. but id say no, they still have your tag # which matters , happened to me b4

I got cited as an "A4" once on my parking ticket... i just paid that ;-(
