Default Oil in coolant, No smoke whatsoever, no overheating issues, possible cause?

Don't think its a headgasket as there is no issues with overheating or smoking, just have sligh amount of oil in the coolant, even after flushing (oil in coolant about a day later)

I meant when I remove the part, I should be able to tell if it is leaking
