Default b1tchesinpassengerseat

seriously, though, it depends on you. Are you going to track the car. Are you going to take it to Auto-X's? Is it a daily driver, or a weekend warrior? What kind of $$ do you have to drop on your S4?

Default I see no imminent track time...however..

. Once you get your car totally ramped up, wouldn't track time make total sense?

Default I think track time makes sense as soon as you complete reliability mods ..

replace your DVs with 710Ns, get a reinforced TBB (Samco, AMS) or BiPipe from APR, and a solution for your F-Hose if you got one. Once you have that, and have ensured your car is mechanically sound, you're ready to hit the track.

You don't need a Stage 3 S4 with Ohlins and Alcons to drive on a track. Many people have/and do take much more ill-suited cars than an S4 to the track.

I suppose the track isn't for everyone, but you have to find out for yourself. Why not give it a try and see what you think. If you're really into it, then that will greatly influence the next mods you pick for your car. If you don't have an interest in doing it again anytime soon, then you're mindset for mods will be very different...

Default After chip I did exhaust... I probably would have l liked to do suspension, but

I didn't mind the stock handling and wanted an exhaust. Really whatever you like...

Default I've got nothing, yet , but Tbb and BPVs are a given...

Then piggies.

But I see guys with ICs and all sorts of sh$t, and I just want to know how far to go without breaking the bank.

By the way, AW has already saved me $890.00 and I am a total nOOb

Default That sequence works for me...

I would guess that once my s4 is laid out that the track is a great place to hang out.

Default You can go as far as you want, thats the fun

You can go to Autospeed and buy a $13k GT turbo kit, or stop where you are.

I would work on the suspension. This is really the weakest link (aside perhaps from K03s) on the car in stock form. Suspension will give enhancements visually as well as in terms of performance.

Other essentials are a boost gauge, VAG-COM, and snub mount.

After that, chip, short-shifter, and maybe exhaust and DPs.

The most drastic changes to the way your car drives will be the suspension, the chip, and perhaps the snub/short-shifter combo.
