ok anyone else suspect of this claim!
how does motor oil increase horse power!!!!!<ul><li><a href="http://www.tdlracing.com/miscellaneous.htm">http://www.tdlracing.com/miscellaneous.htm</a</li></ul>
|
Perhaps it reduces internal friction?
|
Perhaps but I have never heard that claim before, wouldn't m1 or amsoil do the same thing!
|
To a certain degree, I'd say any synthetic might do that compared to conventional oil
|
Royal purple IS good, but the TDL claim is snake oil :P
|
Well, Redline did dyno testing and found this:
results <a href="http://www.redlineoil.com/dyno.htm">here...</a>
a couple horsepower isn't bad. Like any testing, take it with a grain of salt. |
Nope, Amsoil makes similar claims...
but they have the test data to back it up. in fact they also are in search of users to participate in their beta tests for engine wear and performance criteria.
i don't know if Royal Purple does? |
BAHHAHAAH!!!! NICE sig ;)
