OK, now I found out how I can get some cars to race me...
Just look at the car when you start chasing it, usually Rice car will go for a race.. Check for overproportionned and loud exhaust, huge rear spoiler and pull next to him.. You don't even need to rev.. I guarantee all those kids will want to race you -- > It happened again tonight, this guy with his GF in his Accura RSX... Damn even the girl was checking my car and probably telling him to smoke my butt.. I love my car

TQ alone means nothing, it's how and where it's produced
not saying the car is "fast", but it's not slow. Using your logic a Cummins turbo diesel has more torque than a Viper, thus it should out accellerate it.
