According to the local BMW dealer, NO
He claimed that to remove the spoiler would pull up the paint - you'd have to repaint the trunk. Possibly there exists something that would destroy the glue's bond without hurting your paint, but I would not put the spoiler on unless you are sure of 1 of 2 things:
1. You like it as a permanent addition to your car

2. You can remove it without any damage to the paint.
