FWIW, I ran those on my E36 M3 and I just didn't really like them. Hard to define why...they just "didn't feel right" in terms of the initial grab and the overall friction level. They were dust-free and pretty darn quiet though, which sure would be a plus over these god-awful dusty Audi pads.
I'd lean towards the MetalMaster vs. the Deluxe IMHO.
