June 2001 Ayer District Court. A 52 year old man driving a highly modified Audi with two recent prior responsible speeding citations & three in-state pending matters plus one pending out-of-state infraction is found not responsible for speeding on Rt. 2, 72 mph in a 45 zone at the clerk's hearing
July 2001 Dudley District Court. A 52 year-old man driving an Audi coupe is cited at 60+ in a 40 zone. After a clerk found the operator responsible (while pro-se) Attorney Nathan won at trial, and the operator was found not responsible.
June 2001 Dudley District Court. An exceptionally pretty 37 year old is cited for speeding and at 85 in a 65. Not responsible at the clerk's hearing. The SAME client is also cited in Palmer District Court for speeding at 75 in a 65, passing on right, failure to use care in passing, and is found not responsible at that clerk's hearing. It was later learned the client had offered herself to the Mass. State Police troopers who pulled her over; the offers were declined.

http://www.speedingticketdefense.com/pages/massachusetts_speeding.html</a
