Orphaned connector on engine install.
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/100657/dscn0475.jpg"></center><p>What does the large maroon/dusty rose connector on the bottom connect to? 2000 6-spd. TIA. Car's almost done.

I have my engine out right now, but I'm at college right now, otherwise I'd go look...but...
IIRC there is another connector that it hooks up to and then it snaps into that spot where the wire is running through next to the large red and purple connector...but anyways, the wire that it connects to should be in that area, probably goes to the radiator support, as do most of the wires from that area...look around that area, mostly running to the radiator and you should find it...good luck!
