OT: anyone have info on when/where laser can be used? in the rain?

Eric if the officer noted down the weather on the ticket, rain...
you should collect evidence from good sources to indicate to the judge that it's possible he was getting the speed of a rain drop rather than your car. Of course he will say he locked onto your vehicle or confirmed somehow it was in fact your speed. Hope he doesn't show or go for the appeal and spend $75 to get it taken off your record.

there is tons of evidence to say most guns just plain don't work accurately in the rain
he didn't mark down rain, but it was indeed raining on and off all that day. i gotta print out the weather report.
