Is our steering heavy!? I always liked the heavy feel and thought it was normal,

but everyone driving my car says its heavy. I drove my girls car for a few days since mine was on jackstands and I did notice a big difference.

Is it possible somehting is wrong with my powersteering!? How can I check?

I dont think ours is heavy but it is tight. I drove my bros e46 and i thought that was very heavy.

What kind of car is ur girls?

I think the B5 S4 has heavy steering compared to most cars. I like it.

Heavy is good.... I honestly don't notice the weight of it. I like the feel though.

Yep....I love it. I had a loaner A6 once and that steering is awful....way too loose

Yeah....A6 is much looser than S4.....I had an A6 before..

And i also think heavy is good for me.....
cus...that is more safty when you drive fast...0.0a

heavy is a strong word, more like sporty and all people driving your car

are probably not used to the sporty feel...

I hate soft steering (e.g. B7 A4 and most Domestic cars)

Heavy? Doubt it. I drove my mom's g35 for a week, and when I got in the s4 (more)

The steering felt very light and 'airy' (the clutch felt like mush too) i guess is the best way i can describe it. Granted, the s4 isn't a coupe, but I think the steering is great for a sedan, at least much better than my passat's was.
