Default painted brake caliper today.... but problem occurred!!!

painted my s4's brake caliper red today with the Folia Tec Brake Caliper Paint... i don't have 4 jack to jack up the car... so i have to finish one side, then wait for the other side... but when the left side is done... the paint left in the can is all dried up... so now my lovely s4 only have one side with painted brake caliper... what should i do now? does home depot or OSH carries similiar paint? i don't wanna waste money buyin' another set of brake paint... any suggestion would be helpful...TIA

Buy another can, it's not gonna look right if you choose anything else.

That's why I bought high temp engine spray paint for the rears. No problems with time.

Default I'd get the Legend Five....

It's cheap and looks good. Also it is made for the calipers.

http://www.legendfive.com</a

Default People please! Save yourself some heartache. If you're not going to paint ALL of your

calipers at once, it's wise to mix only part of the accelerator with an equal part of the paint. I did my calipers about 6 months ago, and if I remember correctly, once the paint is mixed, it will start drying out in about 2 hours.

Sorry about your problem HoMan, but I agree with Leslie, you're going to have to buy more of the same for it to look right.

Default I'd say Don't get Legend 5.....

Well, if you are planning on doing any tracking then don't. Mine turned dark brown/burgandy after the last track event!!!

In fact, It looked so bad I had to go out and by stoptechs!

However, under normal street driving you should have no problems.
