Yeah, not likely to sell. Seriously...and the seller fees on that can't be pocket change.
The question I have for the seller is...are you trying to move it, or what?
If you've got a shop with lifts, air, space to work, blah blah blah, why not just part out some of the mods and sell the car at a substantially reduced price?
If the vehicle needs to be sold, the two most expedient solutions are part out or reduce price.
Or, maybe this just a case of "It would take this dollar figure to make me make a change from my S3 S4"
Whatever people say on the intarwebz, I'd find it hard to believe that the average S3 seller sees above $20k (or less if the car is over 75k ish miles.) Just my .02.

Fine 20k in invoices, that doesn't mean he's going to get $30k+, many of us have over $10k
into our cars and I'm pretty sure anyone in the right frame of mind, especially an "Audi Fanatic" does not look at it as an investment that they expect a return on. Doesn't matter how clean the car is, it's not going to sell for 32k.
I honestly would barely expect that price out of a widebody GT car in a more desirable color.
