they don't have it anymore i guess, this is the cheapest i found

Phatbox quit making our units, dumped the inventory at the end of 2005(the $145 prices, vs $400new).
Looks like they are still making units for other car manufacturers... maybe you could buy one for another make(Euro Ford models sometimes use Audi/VW compatible models I've found) and reflash it with Audi firmware/code... for the most part I'd bet new supply is gone. Look for a used one as well.
