Please clarify...
... I got a very nice set of brochures from the UK on the S4. It must have been an older set because:
1) The door handles were still the old flat rectangular shape.
2) The silver leather shown was really a god-awful light silver (almost white) with black door panels which almost certainly would have that oblong leather insert to match the seats.
I am not a fan of that afterthought attempt at art deco colour matching.
Tell me it ain't so. Tell me the silver leather will be that dark metalic grey that we've seen in the pictures so far. Tell me that the door panels will be the same dark silver as well and not that patchwork of colours.
Please, please, please....no technicolour interiors... (unless of course you've chosen the Alcatera.... not that there's anything wrong with that!)

Re: Silver is very light...
I've only seen one car in person with silver leather and it was very light. Not at all grey. It also had the mixed colored door panels (black/silver). I originally wanted silver leather, but my reaction was similar to yours. I went with with onyx instead which I'm quite happy with.
