Default Please help....Very daunting no boost problem (long)

I have a 2000 A6 2.7T with no boost. This has been going on for over a month. I have new K04s, Piggy pipes, Giac software and a six speed trans. It was running fantastic. One day I just lost all boost. Will someone please help me diagnose this thing! Here is what has been established so far. The system is not leaking. A leak test was performed. I tried unplugging the software for about an hour-no help. The wastegates are operating normally and the turbos are spinning freely. I took it to 2Bennet in Davis, CA and they had no idea what is wrong. The turbos are simple not producing any boost. At the same time there is a rattling noise, possibly valve train, coming from the driver's side. Yet the car drives completely normally, just without boost. Throttle body boot is a samco, so is the F hose. There are no leaks. Anyone? Bueller?

Default The *only* thing that makes sense is a hose popped off, or *The worst*

Check the hoses which attach to the upper portion of the IC's. Those are easily missed.

Does your car run well with the MAF plugged in? If so, well... that's weird. Even if the N75 was broken, the boost control hoses were broken, etc, you'd still get some boost before TC or something intervened.

If all this checked out, you have a blown turbo. Thats the only logical explanation.

You'd still get *some* boost, no way they could vent K04 CFM's

Default Some

Of course the motor wouldn't be making the power either so the turbos would have less power to turn them.

Reading between the lines on his post, I'd guess he doesn't have a VAG or a boost gauge, so perhaps a BPV is stuck open and he's in limp mode. 1-2 psi would feel like nothing.

Not many options other than BPV or turbo if everything else checks out on a pressure test.. Or I suppose if he's running giac k03 X with no bandaids that'd go into limp pretty quick

I'm guessing he has a gauge. K04's and no gauge?

Default Listen you guys.........

I have pressure tested the system. There are no leaks. I do not have a boost gauge, but that is irrelevant. There is NO boost. The shop verified this. The car runs the same with the MAF disconnected. The Audi specialist shop is stumped. It is not really possible that there is anything wrong with the turbos themselves. They are new and worked great until that fateful day. The turbos themselves are not producing boost. That was tested at the source. Someone please help me figure this out before I spend a bunch of money.
