Default During our 15 years of business we have stayed well into the night to finish customer cars.

There are many people on this forum who can attest to that.

There have been *many* times that we have stayed past midnight to complete urgent customer projects.

AND, there are a lot more companies that do this than you guys think.

Default Doh, I do though, the problem is I've been caught up in stuff in the UK all of last year but things

are changing!!!!! I'm definitely planning on being more available in the US starting in a couple of months!

My buddy told me the name when he used to deal with AWE like 15 years ago out of a guys small garage...

I find it amusing how fanatic people get about their favorite small shops, and how they swear that the small shops do a better job than the big shops.

I call it the "Underdog Phenomenon". People always root for the underdog.

And I know this, because years ago we got the same treatment, and at the time the Big Bad Corporate types that were out to squash the Little Dedicated Enthusiast types were Neuspeed or Autotech.

It's an amusing phenomenon, because there is a rather incorrect perception that the big companies cannnot or will not go out of their way for their customers. However, going out of their way for their customers is exactly what grew their companies and maintains their growth.

But there comes a time when the Little Dedicated Enthusiast types grows too big in staff and presence and transform into the Big Bad Corporate type in a bunch of customers' eyes.

Been there, done that. Heheh.
