Default Problem Installing Autospeed TSB Please Help!!

So I changed my oil today thought that since my car was already up, I'd install the Autospeed TSB that's been sitting around. Everything for the most part went fine until it was time to bolt the TSB up to the car. From what I can tell, it just does not fit. The photo shows the gap I have (about an inch) between the TSB and the car.
I have a jackstand on the tranny so I really doubt it dropped that much but I guess anything is possible. The only fix I can think of is to put the TSB in place and use a jack to jack up on where the TSB and the plate (thing that bolted to the tranny). That way maybe I could get the TSB up high enough to bolt it up. Got that idea from searching the AW archives. I can take more pics. Any ideas? Please help!
Thanks.

My guess is that the tranny did drop out that much...my DTS went on perfectly.

Why does it look like you still have those stock tranny brace things in?

Default It's the only thing I can think of too.

It's just so weird because I had a jack stand there and i never heard or saw it drop. Think any damage is done? Any harm in jacking it up if it didn't and or did fall?

Are you talking about those rubber "things" (no idea what they are called)?

Default you need to use a jack to hold the tranny when installing...

jack it up and put the bolts in.

Default I'm almost 100% sure that is my problem...

I'm using the AWE instructions because they are the same product and the Autospeed instructions just plain suck. The AWE instructions said to put a jack stand on the tranny before you even take off the six bolts holding the stock brace.
