Default Progressive Insurance Repairs...any experience???

To shorten the story I was hit and run, basically f-ed the whole right side of my car, no total...anyway. Has anyone had repair experience with Progressive? They guarantee their work but I'm mostly concerned with the paint. ANY experience/stories with them would help a lot. TIA

Use a body shop of your choice not theirs. It's your right.

DO NOT let them use their shop - they WILL cover an independant one

Default doesnt matter, your body shop will work with one of their adjustors - they'll cover whatever it

costs

Yes you can. They have to work it out with the body shop. Read your contract.

Default **** no, their body shops are paid to save progressive as much money as possible, not to fix your

car properly.

A quality body shop of your choosing would also guarantee the work "lifetime"
