which radiator hose is the INLET into the radiator? the drivers side (top) or the pass side (bottom)

doesnt look like it to me...but im not positive.
im looking for the inlet to the radiator. it appears here that the pass side goes into the block (wouldnt that be the radiator outlet?).

I thought the very top hose goes into expansion tank.
If you shine a light into your expansion tank you can see the fluid in that very small top hose going into the expansion tank. *shrug* maybe it was going out.

That doesn't go into the block, it's attached to the thermostat housing outlet.
Coolant flows out from the thermostat to the radiator, not the other way.
Except in the case of our cars and say, old MGFs..
