Last night my friend and I decided to run our cars (my friend has the STI).

His STI put down 385whp and 400wtq
I was running stage 3 full weight (I had my back seats in) and race fuel.

We ran from 30, 40, 40, and 45-50mph.

First one was from 40, he didn't hear the beeps and because of that I got the hit, put about 5-6+ cars on him.

2nd time we ran from about 30-35 and by about 100mph I had about 1.5 cars

3rd time I missed 3rd gear

And the 4th time I gave him half a car lead, and he was in 3rd at 45 and I was still in second. By about 105-110 I had 1.5 cars again.


Then I was just driving around because I figured hey, I still have some race fuel left and I saw a brand new S5. I got next to the guy and he took off, and promptly passed him from behind.

I let him catch up and get next to me, and I told him to just go, and I put about a bus length between us.

As this was all happening a G35 wanted to play but it ended up with them two pretty much trying to catch me.

The S5 owner pulled up next to me after and he pretty much said "what the hell do you have in there?" and I told him it was a twin turbo V6 with modifications. He goes "Is that an S?" and I explained that yes, it was an S4.

The G35 driver came up to me after and he asked pretty much the same questions, but asked my HP ratings. I told him I was probably pushing about 500 crank HP or so - and he just laughed.

Finally got to have some fun in the S! I've been dying to have some fun!

It's hard to tell who wins in the race unless you look at the headlights and brake lights.
