Rear passenger side window problems, broken wheel pic inside.

Rear window has been having problems going up and down. Once down it requires manual force to put the window into the up position. When going up or down it is prone to seize and always makes a grinding like sound. If you put grit and sand into moving parts that is the sound you hear.
I took off the door panel and found a plastic wheel broken into pieces, see the picture. The Bowden Cable (Section 70-76 in manual)appeared to be loosely disconnected. It seemed that the broken wheel would fit where the Bowden Cable was loosest and wrapping around a post.
Any ideas on how to fix? Do I just need a new plastic wheel? Anything else I should consider?

I have a similar issue wherein the wire has jumped off the spools. How far do you have to disassemble the door panel to get it back around both wheels and any tips on doing so?
