Removing instrument cluster?

Removing instrument cluster?
Absent a Bentley, can anyone give me a quick tip on how to remove the instrument cluster? I'm considering mounting the remote display for my V1 in the cluster, behind the "glass", above the oil temp gauge, between the tach and the left edge, and need to pull the cluster to do so. Help!

I hope this what you are looking for. I don't know if this will work but my idea
is to open the rearview mirrow and place the V1 optional kit inside. I'm hoping that the lead's when lit will show through the crystal. Does anyone have any idea if this will work?

Easy to do....
1) Pull steering wheel all the way down and towards you for max clearance.
2) Grab trim piece at top of steering column and pull towards you. It will rotate toward you and then you can pull it out.
3) Remove two Torx screws (sorry, can't remember size)
4) Cluster will now be free to pull out. Pull out as far as possible to allow access to the back where you'll need to disconnect three or four electrical connectors. Having an inspection mirror and a flashlight would help. Be careful not to damage the connectors, they have latches on them that need to be removed before the connectors will come free.
5) You should now be able to remove the entire cluster from the car.<p><a href="mailto:andy_hedin@hotmail.com"><img SRC="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/A_Hedin_Sig2.gif" BORDER=0></a>
